As the founder of OM Builders, Golan Elbaz is a real estate developer who is responsible for land acquisition and project management from planning to execution of all types of real estate projects. Since 2015, Golan has been recognized by his clients for the unique set of skills he brings into his general contracting services from his expertise and background as an architect.

Golan’s first exposure to building and real estate construction came through during his time obtaining an architectural degree as well as his experience in professional carpentry. He has worked alongside world-renowned Moshe Tzur Architects & Town Planners in Tel Aviv, Israel before coming to NYC.

Golan has a deep understanding for architecture & design, restorations, project planning/budgeting and real estate development. He works bi-coastal, holding a General B License from California CSLB and has experience working within highly complex real estate construction environments.
